Welcome to the Student Ministries of First United Methodist Church of Trussville.  

Our Mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by providing environments where students can worship God, connect with fellow teens, and join God's work in the world.

::Worship::  On Wednesday nights from 6:30p.m.-8:00p.m., middle and high schoolers meet in the youth room to celebrate all that God has done, and is doing, in our lives through modern worship music and challenging messages.  Basically, this is a Sunday morning-style worship service designed specifically for teenagers.

::Connect::  Looking to take the next step in your faith?  Sunday nights from 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m., our group meets for Bible Study and hang out. 
     Throughout the year, we hit the road for spiritual retreats (summer and winter), mission trips, and various other activities.  These include everything from whitewater rafting trips to movie nights.  Come find out what we're up to this month!

::Join::  If you are already an active member of the youth group and want to serve others, there are multiple opportunities for you to plug into what God is doing, ranging from the worship band to the drama team (which meets Sundays at 4pm).  Also, we are always looking for volunteers to help with other areas of the church (Children's ministries, greeting, etc.).  Just ask one of our youth counselors how you can join in the ministries of the church.
